The Challenge: Building on Unforgiving Ground

The project site presented demanding soil conditions that could not safely support the weight of a modern high-rise. Where others might have seen limitation, we saw an opportunity to demonstrate our engineering mastery. The solution was clear: a robust and sophisticated piled foundation system that would anchor the building securely, ensuring both stability and longevity.

Our Engineering Response At the heart of this project lies a foundation designed with precision and care:
Structure: Seven-storey reinforced concrete frame — strong columns, resilient beams, and flat slab floors forming the skeleton of the building.
Foundation: A deep, high-capacity piled system engineered to carry the immense weight of the superstructure.
Pile Configuration: 97 reinforced concrete bored piles, each meticulously designed and installed to distribute load evenly and eliminate risks of settlement.
Objective: To create a supremely stable, level base that guarantees durability, safety, and confidence in the years ahead.

The installation of all 97 piles was executed with exacting attention to detail. Every bore, every reinforcement, every cubic meter of concrete poured was closely monitored and verified. This precision ensured the building’s load would be safely transferred deep into the earth’s stable strata. With the foundation secured, the superstructure rose swiftly and seamlessly.
